The team at CN Chartered Accountants is delighted to welcome Sam Pakes as a Semi Senior Accountant, supporting the firm’s continued growth and expansion.
Sam graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a first-class BSc (Hons) degree in Accounting and Finance. He then spent almost three years working in audit before joining CN Chartered Accountants in a broader role that combines both accounts and audit work.
Sam said:
“I am looking forward to developing my career at CN and continuing my professional studies as I work towards completing my ACA qualification.”
Outside of work, Sam has a passion for motorsport. He discovered his love of racing at the age of 10 and went on to spend six years regularly competing in go-karting. He is also a keen football fan and played the sport from the age of four through to 18.
Musically talented, Sam played bass guitar in a band during his school years, performing at Manchester Club Academy and even gaining airtime on Radio X. When he is not racing, playing music or watching football, he enjoys a wide range of games, from quizzes and board games to video games.
